The latest MATRIXblock software update has arrived, bringing exciting new features and optimizations to enhance your coding experience. Whether you're programming robots or experimenting with sensors, this update makes everything smoother and more powerful. Here’s what’s new:

1️⃣ New Sensor Support for WRO FI

This update expands compatibility with various sensors, enabling more advanced projects:

• ✔️ Gesture Sensor – Control your robot or trigger actions with simple hand gestures.

• ✔️ DS18B20 Temperature Sensor – Accurately measure temperature for environmental monitoring applications.

• ✔️ DHT11 Temperature & Humidity Sensor – Easily collect temperature and humidity data.

• ✔️ Potentiometer – Adjust voltage input for interactive controls and calibration.

• ✔️ Soil Moisture Sensor – Monitor soil moisture levels for smart gardening projects.

• ✔️ Water Level Sensor – Detect and measure water levels for automation and safety applications.

*Notice: The Color Sensor "Read Color Number" was deprecated, has been remove in v1.0.5 v1.0.6 software, we suggest using color RGB value instead of it. Will provide new color number function in future release.

2️⃣ New Scratch Blocks !

The newly supported sensors are now fully integrated into the Scratch programming environment, Every Sensor Now have it's own block (but GPIO block still remaining for advanced users), Users can drag and drop new blocks to easily incorporate sensor data into their projects—perfect for beginners and students!

3️⃣ Performance Enhancements & Bug Fixes

⚡ Improved software performance with reduced lag.

🐞 Fixed known bugs to enhance stability and compatibility.

🔧 Optimized sensor data processing for faster response and higher accuracy.

Auto-discovery, now you can plug and play without selecting devices.

But if you want, you can still manual select the device.

Now, when you upload a program, the Serial will be automatically closed to avoid upload failure.

Since v1.0.5, if your Mini R4 controller firmware is out of date, you will be reminded at every boot until you update the firmware.
